hello everyone.....i am new to the group......i have one question i am hoping that someone will be able to help me......I was wondering how do i join one of the chat rooms......i wanted to join the walking group.... anyways i think it is wonderful to have support of other while trying to lose weight........i am trying to loose 35 pounds(all of which i have gained after i became pregnant with my son) that was 2 years ago.....I have started walking about 2 weeks ago...and ever since i have started walking it seems like i have more energy now.....anyways i need some tips on what else i can to beside walking to lose weight

On the main message board page there are tons of forums. Just pick one and join in. Everything from Buddy Up, Support, Success, Excercise, Eating Disorders, WW, Low Carb and Lowish Carb with WW. As far as the chat rooms - on the main 3fc page under the message board message there is chat room that you can click on. Or, at the top of the threads it invites you to join into the chat by clicking there. (Gee, I'm pretty sure that's how it works~I do it so automatically that I might've left something out!)
