Default My new challange the challange to beat them all!

i have untill the 23/4/06 to get into the best shape of my life today i ran 5km and then swam 1km next week i'm moving upto 6km and 1500m swim. training 4 days a week why you might ask well i've lodged my application with my chosen charity to run the london marathon!

Well done you, I am planning for the Great North Run, was going to be this year, but due to scheduling clashes, will be next year, and that's only half the distance.

The only thing is, I can't run, well not yet anyway, I still feel a bit too flabby to run. I've started weight training now, so hopefully that will help the wobble!!!!

Are you affected by this new licencing thang for doormen?? I saw a thing about it on the news and thought of you. They showed a few people doing the course you now have to do, they looked very intimidating, but were practicing their "soft skills" communication etc, and looked very awkward in front of the cameras!

done my course licence is being processed as we speak i can't run either i can jog lol usually at about 5mile an hour i'm hoping to do the london in sub 4 hours if possible so lots of trainng for me
