Summer is just around the corner and we know what that means------all those ads for bikinis and bathing suits.
I know that I've got a lot of work to do before putting on my bathing suit.

My weigh-in wasn't that great. I think I'm with Tammy in that I need to remove my weight tracker. Maybe it's giving off bad vibes.

well guys I only lost 1lb. I only started Sunday though so I hope that's why. I almost cried at the meeting and it was all I could do to prevent a binge when I got home. But I had a decent dinner (I think?) 1ff tortilla (1pt), 2T lowfat cheese shreds (2pt), 2 slices veggie bacon (1pt), 1c shredded potatoes (2pt) and ff salsa
Veggie, I understand how upset you are and I'm so sorry. Like you said, it hadn't been a whole week. Just remember that.
Your supper sounded good. In fact, we had something very similar. I fixed ff tortillas, gilled chicken breast strips, lettuce, onion and salsa.

I didn't weigh in this week, but I joined an express fit and have worked out 5 times this week. I feel great! I am going to stop the WW meetings when my tickets run out
>4 weeks. I will stay with counting the points though, but will probably not go below 26 points. I am sticking with the lean meat, and lots of veggies, it seems to be helping a lot. All those fresh strawberries aren't hurting either.
We have had so much time spent at the hospital the last two weeks, I was sure the scales would be heavy --- they were even-up! No gain, none gone! Thank the Lord!
(We are also having good results with the hospital stay!)
My mother-in-law is in the hospital. She had a by-pass done in her leg to create a good blood flow to the foot. We think she may be coming home sometime this weekend.
I am looking forward to a loss this week. Better management of the time and eating habits this week.
