Peanut butter -- 3

Supper:
Chicken wings -- 1
Celery -- 1
Blue cheese dressing -- 2

TOTAL: 17 carbs

Beef jerky -- 2

Lunch:
Polish sausage, onions and mushrooms -- 8

Snack:
Peanut butter -- 3
Coffee with cream and sweetner -- 3

Supper:
Salad -- 6

TOTAL: 25 carbs
