Tae-Bo this AM. Had the front door open so I could listen to the birds and smell that fresh morning air. Its gorgeous here also. I think I will take my cheer team outside for practice today instead of staying cooped up in the gym.

Monday - biking 30 km and gardening (kinda vigorous gardening )
Tuesday - biking 30 km (already done half and another half to get home ) and 1 hour sunrise yoga - it was gorgeous, even though sun was kind of in clouds, but I put on candles and did my favourite asanas in the sun room overlooking blooming rhododendrons...

! Haven't had time to post but exercise has been on track. Monday was cardio and legs (one of those days when everything felt so heavy!) Yesterday was cardio and then my boss and I tried out a new circuit training workout. Bring a pair of DBs over to one of the bench press benches (I used 15s). All this is with NO REST: a set of bench presses. Pick the bar up, turn around, and do a set of bent over rows. Pick up the DBs and sit on the edge of the bench and do a set of DB shoulder presses. Stand up and do a set of one-leg bicep cuirls. Lie down and do a set of lying extensions. Run two laps. Rest until your heartrate is back to 110-120 bpm and repeat three more times.

Today is cardio only - too many clients for me to work out .

Hurray! I did my ride home yesterday in 59min and 59sec - I proudly said to my hubby: It is under one hour!

Otherwise UBW today and did yoga for 30 min in the morning.

I didn't wanna go BUT I did it. Got my shoulder work out in - up to 75 on the shoulder press machine for about 4 good reps before I have to drop back down. Also tried lat raises with the 20# dumbbells and was able to correctly do 3 sets of 8. Also got in 30 on the elliptical with intervals of resistance from 7 - 9 and then up to 8 - 10.

Tomorrow is a cardio only day so I will be up before dawn with good old Billy, I guess. I hate driving into the gym for cardio only. Its a waste of gas when I can do it in my living room.

It's late but I got my Tae-Bo in for today. Off to showers and to bed, cause tomorrow is chest day and I really need to do it before I go to work.

Today was nothin day! I fell off the stairs and hurt my back (and that is inside the house - what a silly goose!)! I can barely walk today, also sitting does not make it easier. I was planning to bike tomorrow - I will have a look how I feel.

Oh dear Sashenka. I'm sorry about your spill. Hope you aren't too sore today.

Pilates for 20 minutes this morning. Will have to get the rest in tonight after my appt. with the hair dresser. Just thought about something. I usually laugh at the women that come to the gym with their hair all beautiful like they are going out on a date but I guess that's exactly what I will look like tonite! Oh well....

I got into Bally's and worked chest and tris VERY hard. I don't usually feel sore anymore until the second day so I am sure I am gonna feel this on Sunday cause I maxed out on everything I did. Then I came home and rode the bike for an hour, while watching Law & Order.

Today is back & biceps and some form of cardio.

Yep, I am on a roll all right. Yesterday completed my 2nd 21-days of straight exercise challenge. I did Tae-Bo but didn't get my back workout in. I did that today along with legs. Bad idea, real bad idea. I will see how I feel later about doing any cardio.
