My name is Kathy and I'm 29 years old. I was just lurking around this board and I realized.....I'm just like you!! I never really thought I had "A Problem" but now I know I definately do. I have no idea what to do now... lol.... but at least I feel like I'm in the right place! ...lol...

I'm so with you, hon. The first time I went to an OA meeting, I thought, "What am I doing here with all these people?! This isn't me!!"
And then I realized that it IS me! I have a disorder, and I'm humbled by that realization.
