Default past weighwatchers diet

i am after details of a WW diet that preceeded the points system.

it was probably early to mid 1990's.

you had a schedulke where you had to eat so many carbs , proteins, veggies etc etc. limiting eggs and milk.

i had great success with this diet and cannot get on wth points system.

can anyone help with details or the official WW name so i can find out the programme.

There is an entire WW section of the forum, and it is split into two sections-one for the points system, and the other for Core followers.

Are you looking for the freedom plan that combines fruit/veggies protein/milk or the selection that is fruit, veggies, protein, milk, bread?

Question Old Ww Plan

HI im' looking for the selection plan were you had to eat fish so many times a week and liver once a week. and also how to figure out these food exchanges on these frozen dinners they used to have the exchanges on them but now you gotta figure them out your self, for example frozen lassagna it used to tell you how many bread & meat &fat &veg exchanges.

I don't have that plan. I believe that was from the 70's. i do have the freedom plan and the selection plan though. I get alot of the exchanges on frozen foods from their own web site. If it is stouffers or something try doing a search for their site.

Not sure if you've found what you're looking for yet, but if you haven't had any success, you might consider Richard Simmon's foodmover program. It's based on food exchanges.
