Default Negative calorie Diet

Hi. I was wondering if anyone has used the negative calorie diet, The one not written by Neal Barnard, the one that they sell over the internet. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I looked at it and it seems just a fancy way of getting you to pay money for someone to tell you to eat all your fruits and veggies.

Default For kd580

Hello, is the negative calorie diet by Dr. Neal Barnard who advocates a very lowfat vegetarian diet? He has also written Food for Life and Healing Foods. He bases his diets on high starch foods? So I'm confused about the " fruits and veggies without all the starch" ? Need clarification please. TIA

Default I am curious.

First, congrats on you weightloss. 2 pounds in a week is great.

Is this just fruits and veggies? Can you eat all you want? Are potatos allowed? And is it difficult to follow?

Sorry for all the question but I am searching for a new plan. Thanks.

Default Sorry to hear about the binge....

It must be difficult to follow. Although , in all fairness to the plan, I know I REALLY have to be in the right frame of mind to follow ANY plan. Are you going to try it again? I'd really like to know how it works out for you. It sounds healthy. Any meat or is protein just from beans etc?

Good luck. I hope it works for you. Then it might work for me too!
