I have been looking for a place to call home on this site and got to thinking maybe we can have an aussie home.
We can support one another and share ideas on how to go on this journey of ours.

About me.
I am 41,married for nearly 20 years.
Have 3 great kids.
I have battled with my weight all my life and looking to kick the kilos off.
Since july last year I have taken a new approach:making healthier choices and lifestyle.kicked the diet word out of my vocabulary and not being so hard on myself if i go off the rails,get back on them the next day and not be so hard on myself.
