Default Queen of the Beach Week of April 4

Hello, is anybody out there?
I am finally done with Stage Two and go to Stage Three - One Piece Wonder. I now add 60 minutes of cardio a week along with all the requirments of Stage One and Two.

The way I am going I should be through this stage in a couple months

I am having a hard time coming up with a mini challenge, if you can think of one, let me know.

Well, I am still at Stage two, week three. But this is going to be the week that I get over the hump!

I am glad you like Curves! I find that it really does make a difference. I didn't go for 2 weeks and I noticed. To get my three times in this week, I had to go Thurs, Friday and Saturday. I really put things off over spring break. But no more excuses.

The frustrating thing for me is how hard it is to drop that one or two pounds to make it to a new weight, but yet you are maintaining the weight loss.

SO this time next week, I am sure that I will be moving on to stage 3!
