Hey...no, I dont think booter is an actual word, but...its what I call my daughter. I dont know where the nick-name "Booter" came from...but I've called her that since she was born. I'll have to quit though, so it doesnt stick for life!
Tomorrow I start back to the gym....or maybe I'll just WATP. Not sure yet. Have a great week everyone!!

I will need some variety this week as i have to put sit-ups and push-ups aside for a while. I think i hurted my left foot doing push ups. Nothing serious, but the mild pain i feel when i walk may originate from putting 260+ pounds on the tip of my toes doing push-ups. Hopefully nothing was crushed and will resolve within a few weeks.

Let's see what we can do:

Monday: Walk Fast pace (1 hour)
Tuesday: Laps at the pool (40 min.)
Wednesday: Laps at the pool (40 min)
Thursday: Walk fast pace (1 hour)
Friday: Laps at the pool (40 min)

I will also take additional walks during lunch hour at work (20 minutes every day)

Any suggestion for next week-end ? i usually do Ski / Snowshoewing but as spring closing by, there will be very poor now conditions next WE.

Frenchie, I hope your foot heals soon! Not sure what to suggest for the weekend, because I'm not sure what you'd enjoy. Here's what I would enjoy: ice skating (indoor rink!), going out dancing, taking a long walk in the park, playing basketball or soccer (Ok, I might not enjoy that very much, but thought I'd throw them in b/c their "guy things").

I took yesterday off from exercising. This morning, did step aerobics.

3 mile WATP tape this morning. Sure felt good to get back to exercising and I didn't dread it like I did last week.

Good for you, Jen!

Yesterday in addition to my step aerobics, I took a 20 minute walk. Today I did step aerobics.

Yesterday my son went to sleep early, so I did my power yoga tape. Honestly, I look thinner immediately after I do it. I think it works even better than my pilates tapes for core strengthening. I"m going to try to do it more often. This morning I did my shortest step aerobics tape. Will try to do more tonight.

I'm still swimming. All though I missed yesterday. But I still try to go 5 days a week. I've been pretty consistant with that. I do sleep better lately.

A few changes to training Schedules as it is moving time!

First at Work; since last month's layoff, there are empty cubicles. Therefore our offices that were split in two buildings will now be merged. i started to move all archives boxes today....very tired now and the hour walk i was supposed to do tonight was replaced by 8 hours of hectic boxes moving...

Tomorrow there will still be laps at the pool

I finally found something to do saturday. A friend of mine is also moving and there will be lots of clean up to do at her appartment...

My foot is healing rapidly. I red somewhere that i had all the signs of what's called "microfracture"...Some very small bones are affected by it; and happens quite frequently to people doing lots of sports...I will take it easy on pushups and situps
