Just wanted to check in and let everyone know that I'm new to the "Beach". I'm really excited about the prospects of losing weight, and anxious to hear what everyone else has experienced--I need some motivation!!! :-)
Today is day 1 of Phase I for me. I weighed in this morning at 188. I'm 5'8, and my goal weight is 155-160. I'm, snuggly in a sz. 14, but would love to make it into a 10!
You have a much healthier life to look forward to! Less aches and pains, more good health! No more cravings, lots of feeling hungry on good foods, and tons of fellowship here! :
Hi. I've decided to go with sbd after all. I was gonna go Dr. Phil, but, I think sb would better suit my needs right now, as I'm hopelessly hooked on carbs and sugar. I start phase one tomorrow. Wish me luck. Had two muffins and coffee for breakfast, then major workout, now, feeling sick.
