whole grains: 100% whole wheat bread, 100% whole grain cereal, old-fashioned oatmeal, brown rice, etc.

fresh fruit, especially those you eat with the peel

legumes: Any kind of starchy bean, lentil, etc.

vegetables: the less cooked, the more fiber

Uncle Sam cereal - good taste and 10 g fiber in a 1 c serving. I sprinkle 1/4 c on top of yogurt and cottage cheese.

Berries are really high fibre because of the seeds.

For my picky ds who gets constipated without lots of fibre, I buy All Bran Bread--9g for 2 slices. All bran cereal is good too, if you can get past the taste and texture (it's easier to get ds to eat the bread).
