Thumbs up Easy Chicken Hollandaise

Chicken Hollandaise

4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup FF chicken broth
1 envelope Hollandaise sauce mix (I use Knorr's)
1 8z pkg FF cream cheese

Mix chicken broth and dry Hollandaise sauce mix and pour over chicken. You can do this on top of the stove or the crockpot. (I use the crock pot). In the crock pot cook on low - 4-6 hours, or until chicken is done. Then mix in the cream cheese (which is at room temperature) until melted.

I don't know the point value, so sometimes I serve it with steamed green beans or noodles.

Sounds yummy. I think I will put it on my list of things to cook next week. Love that crockpot!

Hey Joan,

I've done it in the oven also. Just mix all the ingredients (minus the cream cheese) and bake, I did it at 325 until chicken is done. Then mix in the cream cheese, which has been at room temperature (it melts faster). That's all there is to it. I've also done it on top of the stove. It's really delicious, rich and creamy and does not taste like a diet dish. Enjoy! Let me know how you like it. Happy New Year.

Joan, I forgot to mention to cover your dish in the oven.
