Default I'm so excited......

I guess so ~ I have gone clicker mad ~ had this nice post all made, then clicked on the wrong thing and lost it. Anyway......

I went for some physical therapy today. I had hurt my knee back in November. Went to the dr for that and mentioned that I had lost some of the range of motion in my hip and had low back pain when walking. He sent me for some physical therapy to learn some exercises for those things. One thing lead to another ~ they are sending me for pool therapy to teach me some water aerobics stuff and water exercises that I can do on my own in the pool at the Y. I had originally joined the Y with the hopes of taking some water aerobics classes and water exercise classes for arthritis. Unfortunatly due to my work schedule, I was not able to go to those classes. I was disappointed not to be able to use the Y as much as I thought I would. So, now I will be able to and I am excited about that. I will be able to do some exercises that will be a little easier on my stiff achy joints. Maybe it turned out a good thing that I hurt my knee. LOL.

That's great Glynne. I just joined the Y last week and I go for 45 minutes of laps and then take the arthritis class for 45 minutes. I think it's really going to help my back. Your going to love going. Water is such a good way to exercise.

I agree - water is so forgiving on our joints and excess weight! I'm glad you are so excited about getting in the pool Glynne - enjoy!

Love Amanda x
