6 skinless chicken breasts
1 can (15.25oz) whole kernel sweet corn
1 can (8oz) crushed pineapple it own juice
1/2 c chopped green pepper
1/4 c chopped cilantro
1 jalapeno pepper

here are the directions
Rinse Chicken pat dry season with pepper. Place on unheated rack or pan. Broil 4 inches from 10-12 minutes or until no pink remains; turn once.
Meanwhile stir together corn pineapple sweet pepper cilantro jalapeno in medium bowl. Serve with chicken

8 ounces crushed pineapple -- in own juice

black pepper -- to taste

1. Rinse chicken pat dry season with pepper.

Thanks for that info. I bought MasterCook and it said this was 7pt a serving. A bit puzzled.

Greg,

It depends on how you actually list it in your ingredients. I enter and change the ingredient list with brands I use (usually national brands) and make sure I use weights instead of saying 1 can of this or 1 can of that.
