6 pieces boneless skinless chicken breast
15 1/4 ounces canned corn
8 ounces crushed pineapple -- in own juice
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 jalapeno pepper -- chopped
black pepper -- to taste
1. Rinse chicken pat dry season with pepper.
2. Place on unheated rack or pan. Broil 4 inches from heat 10-12 minutes or until no pink remains; turning once.
3. Meanwhile stir together corn, pineapple, greent pepper, cilantro, and jalapeno in medium bowl. Serve with chicken.
