Yah, I had tried all the low sugar, or sugar sub or SB safe ice cream things, but they make me sick for some reason - so I don't want them. But I do still want sweets. Maybe there is something in the low sugar versions that doesn't do well for me, I'm not sure. I'm thinking about changing plans to Weight Watchers again, the meetings and the group support might be just what I need to get motivated again.
