Default Lo Carb weekly challenge 1/10

Well girls and anyone who would like to join

The weekly challenge is:
1 point each for staying OP
getting in your water
and any type of movement( exercise, gardening, cleaning vigorously,
home project)

2 points if you are able to do it on Sat/Sun

for a potential total of 27 points in the week

The poster with the most points is awarded the title of OP Goddess and wears the OP Goddess crown for the following week!

Sounds great!!

I did not do bad today I did eat several candies from the box today but I was limited as I did not like very many of them!! 0 points

Water what is that 0 points

exercise does that cound wiggling the toes?? 0 points

Well I can get a point for exercise! We spent 8 hours doing hard labor at my in-laws. Getting the house in shape for my fathr-in -law to come home!.

I get none for exercise (HA me the old worn down exercise queen)

OP so far I did have 1/3 of a delicious oat meal cookie OMG I had all I could do not to eat the dark chocolate brownie that was right next to it. and the rest of the cookie, but I am holding strong!! 1

Water is that the dark brown stuff that comes in a bottle?? I have not even 20 Oz today of any fluids really bad!! that should be a minus 1

So total is 1

WEll I can claim 2 point got the water in and staved off carb cravings all day!
I am shooting for 3 points tomorrow!

You can beeat that brownie hands down!!

Last water I had I could see thru!!

Well I can claim another 2 points for yesterday! Got too much water at the end of the day and spent the evening in the potty!
Up earlier in the day which helps with the exercise! so I am hoping that I will be up to 3 points soon.

yesterday I was OP Good news I did fair till I had A PB sandwich but I was starving so it could have been a cookie, 1 point

water I did better but no cigar 0 points

exercise Well I did some thing that I never thought I would do but that did not count as exercise. 0

running total 2


today I get 1 for water I went to the bowling alley and drank 2 pitchures of water just my self I know I will be up all night peeing!! not good but I did drink 1 point

exercise bowling yes!! 1 point

OP well I was queen untill I had two extra girls at my house and every one was asking what was for dinner so Pizza it was 0 points and I was so close!!!

Well my lady I can claim 2 points for yesterday
Water in and OP!!
Still no w/o though.
Today will be a challenge as I am off today and working Sat.

I am finding that if I eat 3 meals w/3 snacks I am not so hungry at the meal times. Getting in teh snacks is hard though as work is crazy. But so far so good.

Carb cravings seem mostly mental at this point.

Off to work today and should be able to stay true to diet and water.
