OP so far I did have 1/3 of a delicious oat meal cookie OMG I had all I could do not to eat the dark chocolate brownie that was right next to it. and the rest of the cookie, but I am holding strong!! 1
Water is that the dark brown stuff that comes in a bottle?? I have not even 20 Oz today of any fluids really bad!! that should be a minus 1
Well I can claim another 2 points for yesterday! Got too much water at the end of the day and spent the evening in the potty!
Up earlier in the day which helps with the exercise! so I am hoping that I will be up to 3 points soon.

OP well I was queen untill I had two extra girls at my house and every one was asking what was for dinner so Pizza it was 0 points and I was so close!!!

Today will be a challenge as I am off today and working Sat.
I am finding that if I eat 3 meals w/3 snacks I am not so hungry at the meal times. Getting in teh snacks is hard though as work is crazy. But so far so good.
