I love watching their shows each year! They are very motivational, and they really teach good lessons. It's so much better than the "biggest loser" show from NBC where they promoted quick weight loss and extreme methods. The Discovery Health Challenge always seems so balanced and healthy.
im going to try my hardest to do this. and not fail. i need to lose it. and it looks like a great motivational. healthy program. i believe it starts saturday. im excited!
I joined the body challenge and will weigh in tomorrow. I am a little nervous because I don't really like the idea of a bunch of strangers knowing my weight, but on the other hand they could turn out to be very supportive. Ya never know.
Is anyone else going to weigh in tomorrow or Saturday?
