Well, if you want to be pure SBD Phase I, the bolded ingredients are not allowed:
Broccoli, Water, cooked White Chicken, (chicken breast w/rib meat, water, isolated soy protein, salt, modified food starch , sodium phosphate, chicken broth powder)chicken broth, salt chicken fat flavoring) bell peppers, nonfat dry milk , less than 2% of reduced fat cheddar cheese, , neufatchel cheese, canola oil w/ BHT and BHA, Parmesan Cheese, modified food starch , cheddar cheese flavor (milk and cream ), water, autolyzed yeast extract, salt, disodium phosphate, culture, enzymes, and potassium sorbate, dehydrated sweet cream product, enriched wheat flour , chicken broth powder, seasoning, xanthan gum, dehydrated onions, annatto, garlic, spice.
Are you sure you really want to eat all the other stuff? What the heck are they?
I'm sure there will be other opinions on this.

Actually, in comparison to the junk I have been putting in my body for the past year. I don't mind. If you see the portions it can't be that much! But now I know what to look for!
Im a single Mom that leaves really early (630) leaves home very late (630) and earn o/t by working thru 1/2 my lunch. So I got to have quick and easy stuff for lunch bc I spend my mornings making part of dinner! Im a crockpot queen.
So I don't mind and really cant afford the time nor the $$ to buy the "fresh" stuff and make it...
Thank you for the information,
I really do appreciate it!

well......Ruth
I was starting to get scared!
I do have to agree with honeybee though, if it's a choice between what's been going into the bod for years and this choice, well, it's the lesser of two evils, isn't it?
