..well, really, more of a new life's resoloution
I'm new to 3fatchicks and new to this forum. I'm 33, a homeschooling mom of two kids (dd6, ds4) and I have 105 pounds to lose. I am pretty much at my heaviest at 255 pounds on a 5' 6" frame, though I may have hit 260 when I was last pregnant.
I have lost signifigantly through lowcarbing before, and I plan on doing so again. This time it's staying off. I'm tired of my weight being the deciding factor in my life. Wanna go swimming? Too fat. Wanna go hiking? Too fat. Wanna play tag? Too fat. Wanna buy some decent clothes? You guessed it
Well, I'm done with this.
So here I am, mentally prepping for the weight loss battle to come ready to lay a foundation for a healthier lifestyle for me, my hubby, and my kids. My start date is January first, guess I gotta start planning my menus
