Default Another Question

Merry Christmas everyone! I was wondering, are we allowed to fry things in olive oil? My mom has been "breading" meat with parmesan cheese and frying it with a bit of oil in a pan. Is this OK?

Better to choose a healthier cooking method than frying. I use a lot of non-stick cookware and use those cooking sprays. If I want the flavour then I drizzle olive oil on things then bake or grill. If you are using olive oil try shallow frying. It has quite a strong taste so you probably won't want anything deep fried in olive oil anyway.
