Hi Amy welcome to 3FC. I look forward to helpping on your weight loss journey. Do you have a weight loss plan in mind. In 100 club you'll find that we don't have a set plan we are all doing our own thing. I know one of the major reason my weight loss has been sucessful is my being able to post here when I've had good days/bad and everyone has been there to encourage and give me a kick in my bum when I needed it. (they do that w/o even knowing it by showing me weight loss is possible just stick with it) Post any question you have there is vast knowledge. Once again welcome.

nice to meet you, amy... and i have to chuckle... i first read your post in the preview mode [you can mouse over the thread name and it shows you the first oh, 100 words or so..

and i saw the you'll you wrote, and said WE GOT US ANOTHER SOUTHERNER...
and sure enough - there you are!!!! in TEXAS!!!!!!
