Ummm..I moved my butt from the couch to the computer, does that count!! Hehehe...I have been babysitting all day, so that is pretty hard work chasing after three other kids that are not your own. I am going to try to make time for a walk later on. I have to get back on my exercise regime. I'm back on track with my eating for now which gives me pleasure.
Mez, thanks for starting the thread.

Mopping is some serious exercise. I'd say that with the weight lifting, stretching, and mopping that you got a most excellent quota of exercise for the day.
Mez, like normal you are kicking butt on your exercise. Great job!

LOL Tammy, it all counts. Even moving from the couch to the computer. But especially the kids bit. I even got exhausted babysitting when I was 13, heheh.
Finally signed up at the gym here (i'm home for semester break), and got in 40 minutes on the crosstrainer and upper body weights, didn't notice the time because I was out of it.

Patience sure you can join! This is open to everyone! You can make your post as long/short as you want. Welcome
As for me ---
Tues - I was getting ready for my workout and my niece called her babysitter (my sister) is sick. So I had my nephew (1 year) I didn't get my workout in but I did dance to the wiggles and barney with him. =) On a down note when I gave him his snack. (teddy grahms) he insisted on shoveing one or two in my mouth! I did at 1st try to fake eating them but I think he figured it out that is why he personally shoved them into my mouth. Kids are so much fun! I'm getting so excited my daughters due date is Jan 9th.

I actually made it to the gym today. It felt wonderful after not going for two weeks.
Back and triceps: 25 minutes
Elliptical: 45 minutes
I am so freaking tired it is not funny. My One year old is still getting up twice in the night and it is killing me. I would die for a whole nights sleep. I can only hope that this won't last much longer. She has not slept through the night since she was born.

Aw, poor thing.. you must be exhausted. Do you have any clue why she wakes up so much?
12/22: 45 minutes on the cross trainer and 15 leg weights.

Oh, Tammy, even after 26 years, I remember that so well. Does she get out of the crib or just wake up and cry?

when i got to my car, to my dismay, it would not start. therefore, I'll have to add a thirty minute walk home (in the rain, no less). Yikes!@
