Default 2 weeks completed successfully!

well i guess i should start by saying my name is tori i am 24 years old and the proud mother of a 13 month old son, I have been working as a nurse for wv state of juvenile corrections for a while now. id like to say i was heavy all m y life but i was not. in high school i was the not anorexia girl but was considered skinny however that all came to a end when i enter nursing school. going to school 5 days a week 8 hours a day then studying all evening for the next days test didnt leave me much time for exercise or to maintain a healthy diet. so here i sat studying and doing work while eatting dorritos guzzling soda and eatting donuts. i bulked up from 124 to 180 in no time then by the end of school i was 198 at that weight i got pregnant ended up with toxemia and after i gave birth a week later i steped on the dreaded scale and was 252 pounds. i turned to akins and stayed on the induction for 3 months i had a few stalls but nothing majoy got myself down to 168 then had a major plateau so what did i do. i told my self what its not working my as well eat what i want and thats exactly what i did ate myself back to 223 pounds. so here we are now i started atkins again ( for the last time may i add i learned my lesson) so at 223.5 i started planning my indiction meals. here i am 2 weeks later down to 212.5 and i have lost 8.25 inches from my body woooo.
