S/C/G: 344/279.1/???

Height: 5'6"

Default Weekly weigh in (12/13-12/19)

I didn't see one yet, so I figured I'd start it.
I was extremely nervous about stepping on the scale this morning ... not because I had one of my Christmas parties on Saturday but because I had such a huge loss last week. The way my weight loss patterns have been going is lose 4-7 pounds in a week, gain 2-3, maintain for a couple of weeks, lose a pound, gain a pound, well you get the picture.

I'm happy to report a 1 pound loss for the week. Sure it wasn't even close to the 7 pounds from the week before but it was a loss for two weeks in a row!!!!

ALLRIGHT DAWNYAL!! Glad to hear of your success!!

I snuck in a weigh in on Friday(I think), and was down another 2 pounds, but this morning (my official weigh in) was the same as Friday...194. So no more loss to report, but I'm pretty happy anyway! Good Luck to everyone this week!

Well done you two!!!
I'm still the same - no loss this week. Still 195 I'm fairly happy as there are parties etc to contend with.
Good Luck everyone!!!

I am down 5.5 pounds, woohoo However, I was experiencing some fairly unpleasant bloating from dear ol' TOM on my last weigh in, but I am still down from the last time I weighed myself.

Is it just me or are less and less people reporting in on these weigh in's?

WTG Aimee WOW 5.5 pounds is awesome and Amy Jo. You 2 annie on maintaining.

Aimee--I think a lot of it is the time of year. It seems like for me I'm super busy and the only reason I can check on here is I have great internet service at work. The other thing would be a lot of people experience gains this time of year and would rather not report them for whatever reasons. I'm sure after the first of the year we'll all our old friends back and several new ones.

Congrats everyone! Y'all are losing massive amounts of weight.. woo hoo!

I'm SO FRUSTRATED. I haven't skipped the gym since last Tuesday or wednesday and haven't lost anything. There's also something majorly wrong with my scale (it gives me all sorts of numbers from 195 to 300!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) I am thinking of buying a Tanita with my buyback book money.

I am still at 171. I haven't been reporting much because there's not much to report! This is honestly the hardest point I've been at since I first started losing weight this time.

FItbabe, my weightloss started to severly slow down at about 170. ITs still moving but VERY slowly now. I advise measuring inches now exspecially if you are working out!

Dawnyal - That is wonderful!

Ivanna B. Skinny - 2lbs down GREAT!!!

Annie-Rose - Nice job maintaining which is hard to do with all the goodies and parties going on.

Aimee - on the 5.5 lbs loss!!!

djs06 - It sounds like you need a new scale. Keep going and I'm sure you'll see an happy surprise when you step on that new scale.

Fitbabe - Stay strong and do measure like dowsx4 advised. Your doing all the right things. Keep us posted.

As for me it's TOM so I'm going to skip this week.

You all are doing amazing. It's December and no one gained! Some of you have huge loses!
Dana - get a new scale. nothing is worse is getting on a scale and being demotivated because it's not accurate.

I have my dr's appt next Tues, Dec 21 - so I will report then. My scale looks like a small gain. I'm starting to get hungry more! weird.. no real cravings this time around.

Again, Congrats to all! Just posting on this tread in December is a sucess in my book!

Well, it seems that my weigh in day will be changing. Last week and this, the scale has been significantly down on Fridays. ( Ive been bad and weighing everyother day or so.) So, I'm down 1.5 for the week to 192.5! Im so excited to be almost out of the 190's!

Dana, I think its fantastic that you're this far along and have only had a minor (if any) gain! You're doing great!
Dana (djs06), I definatly recommend a new scale. I bought a 30$ Danise Austin one from Wal Mart, and it has worked great! It dosn't have the body fat % thing, though.
Aimee--OMG 5.5 pounds in a week!!
Annie-Rose maintaining is half the battle, I think.

I have done really lousy this week. I've been working lots of hours and have been stress eating. Plus it does not help that one of our customres sent in a 20 lb can of chocolates. Yikes! I have got to get back in control but will not be weighing until after Christmas.

That's OK howie. It just seems as we get closer and closer to Christmas, I find myself losing more control as well.

I have been fluctuating ... up one ... down two .... up 2 two ... down two .... my TOM is on it's way, which is more than likely to blame!

Great job to all the losers!! Also, an equal shout out to everyone who is trying really hard but maybe not seeing the loss they wanted.

I'm not stepping on a scale this week. I have ate terribly the past week. I could not figure out what was causing this urge for sugar and then I realized that the stress lately is making me crave nicotine and in fighting that I am falling back on sugar. Nothing like a past addiction to bite you in the @ss at the worst time possible. Now that I know what is causing it I will get it all worked out. So, I will not be weighing this week. I won't let seeing a gain on the scale sabotage everything I have accomplished so far. You all have a good weekend!!
