Hi everybody, my name is Drea and I am from the Detroit area. I started the SBD on Monday and am excited and hopeful. I have been battling a wqeight problem since I was pre-teen. I weighed over 320lbs. in 2000, but dropped it down to about 230 lbs. between 2000-2002, now i have started to creep back up. I am currently 246 lbs. and want to get down to around 160. I am 5'9" and built to be a broad girl, but broad and chubby are not good. I look forward to getting to know you all and sharing ideas! any suggestions are greatly appreciated and as I am new to this, I don't know when the chats are or anything, so please let me know!

Hi Skarlet, welcome to the beach. You'll find lots of support, ideas, info and recipes here. December is going to be tough but we can do it. We have a daily thread/chat that starts early in the morning and people pop in throughout the day. Right now we have several who are on day 3 of phase 1 just as you are. We've all been there!!
