oh yeah- dannon carb control yogurt- get the strawberry and cream I didn't much care for the peaches and cream. 3 carbs and that's fine for me for breakfast since I never ate breakfast before (I know, I know...)

fruit has a lot of carbs- just warning you- it's sugar, even though it's natural. an apple has 18 carbs!

try to stay away from the atkins processed foods too- if you look at the total carbs, they're still pretty high and I think the bars all have an aftertaste like cardboard.
