So finally after teetering around 135 for what seems like FOREVER, i finally weighed in at 134 today! hopefully it will last! i won't change my signature until i'm sure its not just a flucuation but some early celebration for me! just coming back to this board i think is good karma. i wanna be 130 by december, so i hope i can keep this up.
ate better this week (though not perfect, had cookies yesterday!
) and have started winsor pilates up again. i used to do this pre SBD but didn't keep it up. now i think its a good point to start again since i need toning on my mid section so badly.
i've never been this skinny since before puberty. this is so exciting! thanks ladies for the support!
