I'm in again this month. My goal for the month is to do 75 minutes of cardio 5 times per week and strength/flexibility training 3 - 4 times per week.
November 1 - 75 minute cardio workout

November 3 - 75 minute cardio workout plus 75 minute lower body workout
November 4 - 90 minute upper body workout plus 75 minute cardio workout
November 5 - 75 minute cardio workout

November 7 - 90 minute lower body workout
November 8 - 75 minute cardio workout
November 9 - 75 minute cardio workout plus 90 minute upper body workout
November 10 - 90 minute lower body workout; 75 minute cardio workout
November 11 - 30 minute walk with dog
November 12 - 20 minute walk with dog; 4 hours cleaning new apartment (up and down the ladder since the ceilings are 12 feet high and walls needed to be washed, light fixtures taken down and cleaned and cupboards cleaned out)

November 15 - 45 minute cardio workout
November 16 - 75 minute cardio
November 17 - 90 minute upper body workout; 75 minute cardio workout
November 18 - 75 minute cardio workout
November 19 - 100 minutes lower body workout; 75 minute cardio workout

November 22 - 45 minute cardio workout; 25 minute cardio workout
November 23 - 0 (can't believe I missed a day, but just not feeling like it)
November 24 - 100 minutes (assessment with my trainer); 75 minutes cardio workout; 15 minutes stair climbing (co-workers coerced me into this one
)
November 25 - 75 minute cardio workout
November 26 - 75 minute cardio workout
November 27 - 180 minutes stippling ceiling (great upper body workout
)

November 29 - 0 (caught in meetings aaaallllll day...7 am until 5:45 pm)
November 30 - 75 minute cardio workout (hope to get a 90 minut upper body workout in when I get home, but it depends on what time I get home)
