Gayle, Nope, the rice had no flavor, even after adding soy sauce. The pieces of shrimp were the best part of it!
TUESDAY, 11-02
1 c. cereal 200 calories

CHINESE FOOD, more specifically described as follows:
1/2 c. fried rice, with peas & carrots
spoonful of mushrooms
spoonful of chicken and broccoli
4 pieces General Tso's chicken
For this I counted 1,070 calories, for better or worse
Ham & cheese lean pocket 270 calories
Apex cookie 160 Calories
1880 total calories (probably actually more like 2200?)

Gayle I think that we should be beer buddies and wine buddies. I miss having a few beers. Larry shares but I am afraid my limit is only one with the meds I am on.

I try to avoid the wine & beer Dee, but I do like it for a treat every so often.
Beer makes me hungry feeling and I wish I had more self control with the wine, usually 1 glass turns into 2, 2 into 3, you get the idea! I like the light beers though...you Canadians like the darker, thicker stuff, eh????

Gayle I enjoy our canadian lite beer. It is similar to your regular beer. Maybe a little stronger flavor. It is good to enjoy once in awhile. For me because of the drugs it is very limited.
