Jen (midwife)
Goal: 175lbs.
Week 1: ? no update
Week 2: 184.5 (-2.0)

Week 4: 182.5 (-1.5)

Week 6: 179.0 (-1.5)

Rabbit
Goal: 177lbs.
Week 1: Maintain
Week 2: (On vacation)

Well, I maintained at 179. I am running in a 5K tomorrow though, so that's something good!

This has not been a good challenge for me!

I gained .4.

I believe I have finally found a meeting that I can stick with in my schedule. That should help. I'm going to a Thursday weigh in again.

Can you let me know how lazy and irresponsible I am for not getting off my butt and exercising.... I am a heartattack weighting to happen...cuss me out, beat me up, something cause I'm seriously struggling here...
