4 c. Granny Smith apples, diced
1 oz. package S/F F/F butterscotch instant pudding
8 oz. F/F whipped topping (in cooler section)
20 oz. crushed Pineapple with juice
Dice apples * Mix instant pudding with pineapple and juice. Add apples and whipped topping, refrigerate. SIMPLE & YUMMY!
If you want, you can add peanuts or walnuts to the recipe.
I used store brand on everything other then Jello brand pudding.
My calorie counts are: 1,130 for the entire recipe.
7 cups total, so a 1 cup serving is 161.5 calories. If you add nuts, remember to include the extra calories.
We had this last night for an evening snack and everyone enjoyed it. Everyone agreed, you can't tell it is made with sugar free pudding.
Gayle-Lavash is some kind of flimsy flat bread that I put in the oven and toast. I bought it at Costco. It is a huge piece and has 210 calories for the whole thing, so I try not to eat it too much.

Gayle your carmel apple dessert looks yummy. I am going to try it but half the recipe. It makes to much for just Larry and I. Perogies (pierogies) for breakfast, interesting! We had some for dinner last night. I remember once Sherry asked me what they were and I said that you guys had them down there but spelled it different.
Shelley are you eatting enough points? Looks pretty slim your last post.
Dee, the dessert is really good! I agree, it would be better to half it. 7 cups don't sound like much, but is when measured out. I grilled pierogies the night before and had a couple left over. They are only 60 calories each, but feel like your cheating. :-)
