Hiya
Yes, I dissappeared again. Shame upon me. Life just went absolutely ballistico. We are now in a new house, with a fresh start, I have a new job, and I stepped on the scale last night and nearly had a heart attack. I knew my clothes were getting a little snug but its all too easy to make excuses for that (as we all know.)
So how are all you guys? I am still happily married, Coda is still being her normal puppy-dog self, I just got a new puter at home (woo hoo) and I LOVE my new job. It's basically a customer service position but you are not tied to the phone with a ball and chain, and I do lots of other things too - and its for an office supply company, and I only have a SLIGHT office supply addiction. The people are great, the environment is great, I'm making more money - now if they could just hire me permanently and I could find a way to be permanently banned from the Target across the street so I don't spend my whole paycheck before it arrives... I would be all set.
I am going to get The Step Diet Book tonight on my way home. So far I'm just determined to EAT LESS and EXERCISE MORE. Sounds simple, but its SO DANG HARD. I've done REALLY Well today - I had Kashi for breakfast, then went shopping for a few things I really did need at TArget, and got a bbq chicken breast sandwhich and some chili. I took the top bun off the sandwhich, pulled the cheese off, cut the bottom bun in half, and had just the chicken, bbq sauce, tomatoe, lettuce and 1/2 the bun. AND I resisted the cookie that came with it by simply asking the girl behind the counter to have the cookie on my behalf. I have also avoided the candy bucket all day today - I know I can make it another 3 hours without having one piece today, because I will go home feeling majorly proud.
So how you all doing?

Hi Beth,
Welcome back! I've been MIA too-school is very difficult, and I've been stress eating. This week I made up my mind to try again. I'm very glad you've found a job you enjoy, and hope they hire you permanently soon.
Let's both stick around and help each other!
Hugs,
sherry

Welcome back, BethAnne and Sherry! It's so good to see you two. You've been missed. And, Sherry, I posted your list of favorite videos when someone was asking about exercise videos. I hope that was okay.

Wow, BethAnne & Sherry back too. I cruised by your website a few weeks ago, BethAnne, to see where you were. Love the Dr Evil quotes.
Sherry, I still have your book, will try & send it out next weekend. Sorry I've had it for so long. It's good to see you back, how is Matthew doing? *hugs*
