there is something weird about this. i'm actually 36. it said i was likea 41 yr old whether i my actual weight or goal weight. but when i put non-smoker (which is something i would like to be) it said i was 44! should i keep smoking? besides not smoking there was nothing i could improve upon that was in my control (like family history is not in my control).
at least i don't look my age, everybody us shocked that i'm over 25 , i wont tell them it is actually worse .

I think the programming is wrong.. I don't drink or smoke.. besides being fat I'm healthy.. and they said 39.. yikes! maybe they meant "real" age?

That site is definitely broken, no matter what I put for my weight, it said 37 years for me. I was curious what some other things might say so I tried the following which has a life expectancy calculator: http://www.livingto100.com/ It said I'd live to 98.8, which I highly doubt but who knows

Very interesting thread. The first gave me a consistent life expectancy of 76. The second gave me 82.5. That's more in line with what I've "projected" for myself. Of course, neither could have given me a 30 or 40 answer as I'm already 67.

The website told me 33 and then 39 if I changed the family history to all no's. I went to the second website as poste by nelie an it says 96.1. I like that one much better!!

Oh good god! Mine says 25.... I only have 3 years left. Even at my goal weight, it says 28... Who the heck made this thing?!?!
Alright, now I'm off to try the one that Nelie posted and will see how that one works.

Whew! On the second one, my life expectancy was 103, and on the first one, I had just 10 more years to go. My grandmother, who was born in 1899, lived to be 103. She even got her photo shown by Willard Scott (is that his name?) on TV when she turned 100.

Wow, I like Nelie's calculator way better. Sarah's said I would be 37 no matter what values I put in. Nelie's said I would be 104.5 using my current weight, 101.2 at my start weight, at 107.5 using my goal weight! I better save more for retirement!
