I have finally finished my first two weeks of South Beach and I am down 8 pounds!!! I'm so excited!!! I started phase 2 this morning because I want more variety in my food. I had oatmeal this morning with an egg and it tasted so yummy. Hopefully I will still lose weight....I'm hoping for 1.5 pounds a week. I want to be down to 140 by October 3rd which is my four year anniversary with boyfriend. I'm going to start exercising this week as well. I can do this!!!
