Here is a link about it (this is from a thyroid website but it is not necessarily a "thyroid" supplement). It's supposed to help with weight loss, among other things, and alot of people are raving about it. I don't normally go for gimicky diet pills/drinks/supplements or anything like that, but this looks interesting.
wendyjo, I took CLA for awhile about a year ago. It didn't do anything for me. I was eating the Atkins way at the time and exercising and never noticed any change in the pace of weight loss (or the shrinking of belly fat as it claims to do).
OK, good to know. It's supposed to be good for other stuff too, which is why it caught my interest. ANd apparantly many people are lacking it because out meat supply is fed full of chemicals instead of just being allowed to graze like in the good old days.
