Just had to share :-)
Well,.. I started being healthier on August 12, so it's still new. I havent had any soda,.. been drinking water, cut out white bread, i still have an occasional mess up (today for supper we had pizza but im getting there. I have been trying my leslie sansone dvd for 2 weeks,.. did it 4 times last week and have done it 2 times this week already. The good news that I am so thrilled about is that when I first started I could barely do 5 mins. I am happy to report that the last week i have gotten to between 8-9mins and today i got 12 mins! whoohoo! I cant wait until people start noticing any weight loss,..lol i think that will really motivate me. I've only made small changes though and sometimes I wonder if i am doing enough but hubby always points out that it is much better than what i used to do. Hubby even has cut wayyy back on soda too. He said "i see you doing it and I know I need to do it to, so I am:-)
Sorry,.. just wanted to share,.. Im so happy and I hope the 12 min thing isnt just a fluke,..lol
here are 2 different pics,.. 8-15 and tonight,.. wow i take an awful pic,..LOL i cant see any change yet, but im waiting..lol

Heather, you're doing brilliantly - just keep on going, one-day-at-a-time, and believe me you are doing to start feeling and seeing the benefits! Congrats for sticking with it so far....

Excellent
Hi Heather,
I'm not surprised you are feeling so happy, you deserve to be - You've more than doubled what you could do at the start. Your husband sounds like he's supporting you too! I'm doing Leslie aswell, the 'Walk away the fat' one. Which one are you doing? I've only done it once so far - perhaps we can encourage each other.
love Annie x

Hi Heather,
I can tell a difference in the pictures. You look more determined and that's what it's going to take. You are doing great and the difference will come so don't worry about that.

Well done Heather, you are doing great!
You are getting fitter each day as your exercise times are showing you! If you continue to keep up the exercise 5 times a week, then you will have no trouble losing weight.....and don't worry about the odd slip up, we all have them, just get straight back on plan!
Keep it up!
Love Amanda x

Good Job Heather! I'm so happy for you! Keep up the baby steps.. and before you know it, you would have changed your whole lifestyle and everything will be downhill from there. Don't get me wrong, there are still struggles... and we all have "treats" but that's what's critical...realizing we won't be OP 100% of the time because that's a diet.. not life! And we're in this for LIFE!

thanks guys, i agree with everything that has been said. At this point im trying just to make more good choices than bad. I prolly wont be eating frozen pizza for awhile, it was good yesterday but today my body is making me pay for it,.. ugh,..just feel kinda yuck and i really think that had something to do with it:-P
