Well Ladies & Gentlemen.... We're the 100 lb. club and seem to be all about any sort of challenge so I've decided to start one for tomorrow, Monday August 30th. (It seems Sarah's 1 week challenge worked well, so I figured why stop there?!)
So, the challenge is going to be an exercise challenge but you get to decide how much exercise you want to get over the course of the next 7 days...
My challenge to myself is: At least 15 minutes every single day -->
NO MATTER WHAT! And, going to the gym at least 5 out of 7 days.
I really hope some of you jump right in on this... Be sure to check in when you can and let us know how you're doing and what you did for exercise that day! C'mon People - LET'S GET MOVING!!!
