Default Hard boiled eggs

Does anyone find they have a hard time with their belly after they have eaten them? I find that if I eat one in the morning I get terrible cramps and diarehea (sorry ro be gross). I may start just eating the white as I hear the yolk is the hardest to digest. I dont seem to have this if I scramble them. ( I have a very sensitive belly)

Nope, I ate 4 of them this morning! However, I think I just ate some "bad" yogurt and I'm not feeling too great myself.

Could be my tummy. It is ultra sensitive ( runs in my family) I have food allergies as well ( lastose is a huge problem). I guess I will eat scrambled eggs since they are easier for me to digest.
I may try them later in the day. Maybe they are too heavy on my empty belly in the AM.

Another idea...I personally can not stand the yolks. So I only eat the egg whites. BUT I saw in a post on the recipes boards under misc snacks to take the yolk out and fill the hole with some hummus. I think some roasted red pepper hummus might just work.

I am going to try it with the next batch of eggs I boil.

And wait...chilichick, your CW just jumped downward, didn't it?
