Default Happy Humpy Food Menu Thingy

Okay, girls. Here you can post your food for the day. Do it however you like, but no cheating. If you eat a bag of Doritos and a bag of Bridge Mix, you'd better darn well write it down.

So far I've planned nothing other than this:

- 3 coffees w/skim milk
- smallish chunk of low-fat mozzerella
- can of white tuna in water
- small salad
- 6 waters
- two diet pops
- 5 shrimp rolls w/lettuce, mint, noodles and peanut sauce
- 3 of those sesame seed snack thingys
- small (well, regular) box of Smarties

Could have been worse.

Ellis, you kill me! I'm having tuna for lunch, but the can isn't on the counter yet.

This reminds me of those cartoon recipes in the newspaper where the first panel is, "Get out spoon and medium bowl".

2 coffees with Int'l delight low carb creamer....I know, probably not the best, but it's the only way I can drink my coffee. Probably another cobb salad for lunch....again.

I've had the following so far:
blueberry yogurt (FF/no sugar added)
one glass of Metamucil
one cup of hot tea

Plans for the day are:
snack: cauliflower dipped in a little horseradish
lunch: leftover Broccoli Cheese soup
snack: raw red pepper strips dipped in hummus
Dinner: Pizza Meat Pie and a veggie (probably cabbage with red onion) with a glass of Metamucil

I promise I'll come back and edit this if anything changes. And I'll be drinking plenty of water.

Shequila, I know how you feel, but the int'l delight creamers have those "hydrogenated" oils that are so very bad for us. How about 2% milk and some splenda syrups? They are very good, especially in coffee. I can't do my coffee with skim milk, has to have some fat, and 2% really feels like a treat. But even the saturated fat in whole milk or cream is better for you than that hydrogenated stuff.

This is a good idea for a thread!

OK, so far today:

I cup coffee with In'tl Delight low carb creamer
4 eggs (I was starving - no dinner last night!)
1 small pork sausage link
1 V8
I cup green tea w/ Splenda

About 5 slices of deli roast beef
2 string cheeses
4 Hershey Kisses

vege salad w/ shredded mozarella, sliced almonds & blue cheese dressing
about a dozen almonds
s/f jello

What I had later:

t-bone steak
salad (like above)
glass of wine (or 2)

LOL - this is a bad day for me to do this! I didn't eat anything yesterday and so I'm starving & eating everything in sight today!

Laurie, Wendyjo is using it, too. Should we whip them, or let them blow up? I say let 'em blow up.

Lunch-Stuffed Chicken Breast Salad (with herbed goat cheese, peppers, nine garden greens and tomato dressing) and diet coke.

it`s 1.36am here at the moment. This will be my first day on SB Phase 1.

Later... I`m going to make a vegie quiche (No crust of course), which i will have for brekky and possibly for lunch as well....... and dinner will be lean meat with steam vegies.

I`m going to make a cheese & broccoli soup, some boiled eggs and cook some lean meats to keep in the fridge to graze on.

A toasted tomato sandwich on 100% whole wheat bread (2 slices) with Becel spread and real mayo, onion and fresh basil leaves. Yummy! Oddball breakfast but the first garden tomatoes beckoned!
Lunch will be Greek salad and yoghurt.
Dinner is planned as pork and cabbage, tomatoes, sweet potato chips.
Of course this could all change as the universe unfolds.
