I lost 1.5 pound! I'm pretty happy consdering how off diet i went. Especially while i was in paris. crepes, baguettes, you name it. but we walked so much it counter balanced. yay! But i have to say while i was gone (1 month in sweden) i let lots of bad foods back in my life. ie. bread, candy, ice cream among others. but i didn't go as nuts as i usually do when i go. so luckily i came back a tiny bit thinner. considering i was just trying to maintain i'm pretty happy! anyways going back on phase 1.5 (no starches but fruit allowed) for a bit to get back OP. can't wait to catch up with everyones progress!
