[Mt Dew]

Hey! I bought a resistance band yesterday (it looks like the number 8) and it doesnt come with an exercise booklet or video. Do you guys know any exercises i can do on it to weight train and tone? Has anyone had any sucsess or seen results with it? Thanks!

Hi there Mt. Dew sorry I didn't see this post til now! I was using resistance bands daily until my doctor made me stop because I have chest pains ( I have a lung disease) but I can use them again as soon as we figure out why my chest is hurting

Anyway....back on track....I loveeeee the resistance bands and I have seen good results from them. My arms are slimmer and more tone

Dr. Phil's wife Robin, says that is the only type of exercise she does. I have never used them.
