hi, I am a 14/f and am 5'2 140lb. I would like to get down to 115 but I am not sure how long that it should take me. I was wondering if I could lose those 25 pounds by November 1st which is my 15th birthday and when I start to consider myself an accual teenager. Also if anyone is interested in a buddy, I am avalible and would love to help if I can! thanks

Honey welcome to this site. I think you can achieve success depending how healthy you eat and how much you exercise, you are young so you shold still have a metabolism, I seem to have lost mine somewheres. Anyway good luck and God Bless. You may also want to check out the teem forum on this site.

Have you spoken to your doctor about wanting to lose weight? If you have not then I suggest you do before you start any diet- they would be able to tell you what weight range you should be for your age and height and also be able to give you advice on what kind of plan to follow and how to get started.
