Lumpy -- I'm not sure if this is what you mean -- but check out these two sites that have little videos of exercises for various body parts, some with dumbells:

http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html (on the righthand side of the page, click a muscle under "exercises" and it will list exercises by equipment type, like cables, DBs etc).
