Talking I Did It! One Day!

Hey! I did it! I had one day COMPLETELY on plan!!!!

I drank at least 80 oz of water
I biked for 60 minutes
I ate less than 1900 calories

I'm so excited, this is probably the first in.... well... who cares about the past?

Would anyone else like to commit to making TOMORROW (whatever day that is when you read this... lol) a "perfect" day?

(My personal goal is to get an "on-plan" week!)

Default Yay Apryl!!

Go Apryl!!! That's SO great!

Ok, I'll join you -- here are my goals for tomorrow:

1. I will bike at least 40 minutes, with at least 25 of them at 18 m.p.h.
2. I will eat no more than 1300 calories and no less than 1100 calories. (Low, I know, but it's just one day -- to help me reach an immediate goal -- my overall daily average since starting March 1 is 1535.)

I'm not mentioning some other stuff like water, frequency of meals, nutritional ratios, or fiber or sodium -- because they're not currently issues for me.

Achieving these two goals will make me happy!

Again, great job Apryl -- I'm rooting for you!

Well done Apryl - I know how great it feels when you FINALLY manage to get it together and have a totally on plan day.

Here is to your on plan week!

I have no intentions of going 'off plan' tomorrow:

I will eat between 1500 - 1600 calories.
I will drink 8 glasses of water.
I will do at least 30 mins on my exercise bike.

Good Luck everyone!

Love Amanda x

I will commit with you Apryl that tomorrow will be a "perfect" day!

I will eat between 1600-1800 Calories
I will go to the Gym and do cardio, upper body and abs.
I will drink at least 2L of Water (normally its more but I'm home tomorrow, and i hate tap water, so I'll go buy a 2L of Spring Water)

We can all do this!! Apryl - we're here for you!

Hey -- just checking in! I had an on-plan day, and life is good! 1268 calories, and 42 minutes on the bike.

Hmmmm....I wonder how Apryl's day was?

Good for you Apryl. I am also on the boat. I am just getting back on the band wagon so I will start tomorrow with at least 70oz water, eat 3 meals 2 snacks, and do some form of a workout. I know it's not much, but if I can do this for a week, then I'll start to cut calls or carbs.

Thanks for the boost!
