Since I seem to be really slowing down I'm going to shoot for 3 pounds in July. That seems so wimpy, but just once I would love to meet my goal!!!
I'm exercising like a fiend, doing weights, walking 2 miles and running 2 miles and doing situps. Drink 2 liters of augua a day, ate some nasty tasting cabbage, broccoli, califlower, celery, onion soup that I concocted. I won't tell you what it smelled like cooking, but I ate some for dinner. I'd be glad to mail you all some leftovers, after it sat in the mail truck, went across country and sat in your mailboxes, it wouldn't smell worse.
Wow Laurie you did GREAT!!! I was wondering do you exercise as well? I am going to start walking around my neighborhood this week in hopes that it helps me out!
I am going for six but they have to be REAL ones not water weight ones. I lost four pounds over night last night.....that is the sort of thing which I dont want to count.
So six pounds of fat in July. And exercise every day.

I am going to be even more wimpy than you Ruthie I am going for 2. I am not joking I have not met a challenge yet. So I figure I can do 2. ( no snickering please.) I am getting rather depressed at the fact. ( mind you if I stayed OP it might happen)
