Hi! My doc recently gave me a prescription for that too. I've been taking it for about 2 weeks, (1 capsule daily) & I haven't noticed any negative side effects really. . .the only thing I'll mention as a word of caution is that if I take one and then go exercise hard right after that, it makes my heart really race. It's good to be monitored for your blood pressure while taking it, too, I'm told. Best wishes for you ~ hope you can take it well too! It does seem to help you feel a lot less hungry.
You're very welcome! How are you doing on it? One thing I did forget to mention is that if you start taking it regularly and then happen to forget to, you may notice that all of a sudden your hunger comes back with a vengance! But I do think it helps if you can take it safely!
I Am Doing Good I Think - I Started At 270 On May 29 And I Went To Doctor Monday And Am Weigh In At 260. So Hopefully It Continues - I Just Have To Remeber To Excersice Like Heck ...lol

i m currently taking it too but take it at the same time together wf xenical is tt alrige??as xenical does not absorb into the bloodstream n absorb fat so i take it in parallel wf it...u think there will be any side effect??

Anyway ~ I'm not sure about the effects of taking phentermine with xenical, because I've never tried that . . .but I bet there are those that do, maybe you could do a search on WebMD.com or look for health-related message boards where people talk about the side effects.
