Default Extreme Newbie
Hi,

I'm new to South Beach and I'm new to dieting in general. I'm mostly trying to lose my tummy for the summer (who isn't?).

I'm 23, soon to be 24. I've been married for 9 months. My husband has had a bad influence on my eating habits. Can I blame it all on him?

I'm here mostly to find out what not to eat. I like South Beach because it's a lifestyle (and I really don't want to gain the weight back) and it doesn't seem that restrictive after phase one.

I'm glad to get the chance to introduce myself and I hope to become an active member in this community.

Welcome, Candace! Check out the Frequently Asked Questions for lots of good information on what you can and can't eat. There are also some really yummy stuff in the Recipe section. You will find lots of support here
