Stay under 1500 Calories 30 G of fat..
Drink at least 3 bottles of water...

1. walk for 45 minutes
2. drink at least 64 oz of h20
3. stay within my points
4. make a to-do list for the rest of the term

1- eat my packed healthy lunch and snacks, eat that only!!
2-drink all my water
3-do at least 2-3 miles at the track tonight
4-stretch, sit ups, crunches, push ups

After a fun but totally off plan weekend today I will...

1. drink only water
2. get 50 minutes of cardio in
3. get some homework done
4. figure out what days off I need for work for next week- finals

(2). Walk at least 3 miles.

Yup, me too - TOTALLY OFF-PLAN! But I'm back today...
1. Drink 3 L of water to "clean up" after the weekend
2. Exercise
3. Eat around 1200 cals.

...get on that elliptical for 20 minutes. I've been busy lately and I'm actually craving it, now I just need to shove some other things out of the way.

1. Go directly to the gym after work. Do not pass go, do not collect $200
2. Drink 40 oz. of water
3. Start Phase 1 again and stick to it!

eating something I've been craving for dinner- but without mayo and no fries
work on my finals
just be happy to be alive and pretty well!
not weigh in at ww but go and pick up some journals and bars
